Distance Sales Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose details are provided below, under the following terms and conditions.

2. Subject
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the virtui.com.tr website belonging to the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product and Delivery Information
The type, quantity, price, shipping fee, payment method, delivery and invoice information of the ordered product are the details declared by the BUYER when placing the order and are confirmed via email.
4. Product Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, this time may extend up to a maximum of 5 business days. The order is sent to the address provided by the BUYER. The delivery time depends on the shipping company's service period.
5. Shipping Fee
The shipping cost is included in the product price. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. In the future, for orders below a certain basket amount, a shipping fee may be charged separately; in such cases, the information will be clearly stated on the website.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER can exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in a resalable condition, and returned with its original label and packaging.
For the scope of the right of withdrawal, non-returnable products and details, the “Shipping and Return Conditions” page applies.
7. Withdrawal Notification and Return Process
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must submit a written request to info@virtui.com.tr. After the return is approved, the product must be sent to us with all its parts and invoice. The refund for products complying with the return conditions will be processed within 10 business days after the product reaches us.
8. General Provisions
- The BUYER accepts that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to sale, its sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal before placing the order.
- The placement of an order signifies the BUYER's acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
9. Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
10. Effectiveness
This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
