Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
🕒 SHIPPING TIME
Virtui products are custom-made to order.
All products are made using screen printing techniques and each one is unique.
- Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons, this period may extend to a maximum of 5 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email/SMS.
📦 SHIPPING FEE
- Currently, shipping is free for all orders.
- In future campaigns and changes, limits such as "free shipping for orders over 2000 TL" may apply.
- Such conditions will be clearly stated on the product pages.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION
- Your order can be canceled before the printing process begins.
- Cancellations are not accepted for products that have already been printed.
- For cancellation requests, you can send an email to: info@virtui.com.tr.
🔁 RETURN CONDITIONS
You have the right to return within 14 days from the delivery date.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused
- With its tag intact
- With its packaging undamaged
- In a resalable condition
❌ The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products showing signs of use
- Products with missing tags or damaged packaging
📮 Who Pays the Shipping Fee?

If the mistake is on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect print, defective product):
➤ All return shipping fees are covered by us. -
If the reason for return is due to personal preference or customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection):
➤ Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
🔄 EXCHANGE
- Product exchange is possible.
- Exchange shipping fees are covered by the buyer.
- If the requested size is out of stock, the product will be returned, and a refund will be issued.
